Now,many economically developed countries and related regions,most of its refineries refinery oil is through the hydrocracking technology to achieve,the technology is also in the country is in continuous development and improvement process.In the petrochemical and petroleum refining industries.As a process equipment for the entire petrochemical industry,hydrogenation reactors are used throughout the petrochemical industry as well.Hydrogenation reactor has become a modern oil refining,petrochemical industry,one of the core equipment.Hydrogenation reactor as a typical pressure vessel,Hydrogenation reactor in the pressure vessel safety technology has also been more and more attention.The hydrogenation reactor was chosen as the research object to study on Diagnosis and Safety Assessment of Crack Defects in Pressure Vessels.Hydrogenation reactor is the core equipment of hydrogenation process in petrochemical industry.At the same time,hydrogenation reactor is one of the most complicated equipment with the most complicated manufacturing technology in petrochemical equipment.It has long-term operation under high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen.A tendency to produce various cracks and brittle material of hydrogenation reactor manufacturing and operation process,there will inevitably be a variety of defects,especially the cracks caused by the most serious damage,crack formation of many different shape features in the weld of the cylinder and the upper and lower head.So it is very necessary to study the crack defects.In this paper,Through regular inspection of a Petrochemical Industries Co R-201 hydrogenation reactor,the crack was found in the inspection results,according to the "containing defects in the safety assessment of pressure vessels" in the file as the standard,according to security risk assessment of crack in the equipment,3 sets of hydrogenation reactor were diagnosed and analyzed,And through the finite element software ANSYS,according to the structure and stress condition of pressure vessel,and building the model and load constraints.The force and deformation of the vessel were analyzed,simulating the working conditions of pressure vessels to get the distribution of the stress,determine the weak link of container.based on fracture mechanics and according to GB/T19624-2004 to carry out safety assessment.So as to determine the safety and reliability of hydrogenation reactor operation.Through the above work,it is determined that the surface cracks of the three hydrogenation reactors are cracks generated in the manufacturing process,and these cracks do not affect the normal use of the hydrogenation reactor in the three-year inspection cycle.The results of the above study provide a theoretical reference for the diagnosis and safety assessment of the risk of the pressure vessel in service.
