Cephalosporin antibiotic wastewater is a non-biodegradable industrial wastewater,wastewater effluent COD and NH3-N can hardly meet the national discharged standards.So to explore the suitable treatment of the wastewater of economic and effective method is not only necessary,time presses.The whole study was divided into two parts.First,The effluent from secondary sedimentation tank of Cephalosporin antibiotic wastewater was treated by the coagulation system posed by the coagulant,coagulant aid and adsorbent.Based on treatment effect,the best experimental conditions of coagulation were proposed.Second,the method of Fenton oxidation treatment was studied to determine the best experimental conditions.The result of the first part about coagulation experiment:the best coagulation conditions of PAC show that,the dose of PAC,PAM,Powdered activated carbon,zeolite is 350mg/L,5.0mg/L,1.0g/Land 1.0g/L respectively,pH is 6.8-7.2 and the precipitation time is 30min,then the removal rate of COD,NH3-N is 57.35%and 21.13%respectively.The best coagulation conditions of PFS show that,the dose of PFS,PAM,Powdered activated carbon,zeolite is 500mg/L,5.0mg/L,1.0g/L and 1.0g/L respectively,pH is 6.8-7.2 and the precipitation time is 30min,then the removal rate of COD,NH3-N is 59.17%and 19.45%respectively.The result of the Second part about Fenton oxidation experiment:Fenton oxidation was used to dispose Cephalosporin antibiotic wastewater in the advanced treatment.And Fenton oxidation reaction suitable conditions can be Determined.The dose of m?H2O2?/m?COD?,C?H2O2?/C(Fe2+),reaction time,reaction temperature and beginning PH were 1,10,30min,35?and 4 respectively,then the removal rate of COD,NH3-N is 54.16%and 37.86%respectively.Based on comparing effect and cost between the several advanced treatment above,Fenton oxidation was accounted an efficient and lower cost method,which has a feasibility of practical application.
