Cephalosporin antibiotic wastewater is a kind of wastewater with high Chemical Oxygen Demand, dark color and heavy smell, which is characterized by strong toxicity and difficult to be degraded by biological method. The improper treatment of it will cause serious impact on natural environment. We were committed to investigate the catalystic wet oxidation progress in treating cefixime?COD was 4350 mg/L,TOC was 4586 mg/L?and cefradine?COD was 7660 mg/L,TOC was 7490 mg/L?antibiotic wastewater.1.The results showed that the carrier layer of Mn-Ce@Al2O3 catalyst prepared by immersion method was composed of nano-scale particle aggregates.Under the condition of the weight of Mn-Ce@?-Al2O3 catalyst is 4 g/L,reaction temperature is190°C,reaction time is 2 hours, the removal of TOC and COD is 90.23%and 87.54%respectly,and treatment efficiency is the best when cefixime wastewater was treated with this catalyst.2.Mn-Ce@FA catalyst prepared by immersion method.Under the condition of the weight of Mn-Ce@FA catalyst is 3 g/L,reaction temperature is 180°C,reaction time is 3.5 hours, the removal of TOC and COD is 92.43%and 81.50%respectly,and treatment efficiency is the best when cefixime wastewater was treated with this catalyst.3.The Mo-K crystal catalyst obtained by precipitation method presented obvious rod-shaped crystal shape.Under the condition of the weight of Mo-K catalyst is 2.5g/L,reaction temperature is 190°C,reaction time is 2.5 hours, the removal of TOC and COD is 87.32%and 83.26%respectly,and efficiency of using Mo-K catalyst to treat cefradine antibiotic wastewater is the best.4.Ce-Fe oxide catalyst prepared by precipitation method.Under the condition of the weight of Ce-Fe catalyst is 3 g/L,reaction temperature is 185°C,reaction time is3 hours, the removal of TOC and COD is 82.73%and 78.94%respectly,and treatment efficiency of using Ce-Fe catalyst to treat cefradine antibiotic wastewater is the best.It can be concluded through the experiments above that the addition of catalysts can effectively promote the catalytic wet oxidation treatment of cephalosporin wastewater.Under the optimal reaction conditions, the TOC and COD of wastewater can be greatly reduced after the treatment with four kinds of catalysts, which provid good water quality conditions for the subsequent treatment process of this wastewater. The results of this paper have theoretical and practical significance for the treatment of cephalosporin antibiotic wastewater and the application of catalytic wet oxidation technology.
