The liquid storage tank is used to store the dangerous liquid,so its safety and reliability are very important.Earthquake is one of the main causes of the destruction of the liquid storage tank.Disastrous consequences are very likely to happen if the tank is damaged in the earthquake.Therefore,it is necessary to study the seismic performance of liquid storage tanks.With complex damage forms and forces,the liquid storage tank is a typical nonlinear multi-field coupling problem,which is hard to solve analytically and apply in practice.The finite element and numerical simulation method have become an important method for dynamical response research of liquid storage tank.This paper is devoted to the research on anti-seismic dynamic property and seismic response of the liquid storage tank,and develops the dynamic analysis program,which provides scientific methods for the safety design of the tank.The main work is as follows:Construct a method of dividing the tank wall and the liquid tank,and establish integral expressions which are equivalent to the problem of differential equation initial values.The formula of element characteristic matrix is got according to the discretization scheme.The characteristic equation and dynamic response formula of liquid storage tank system are obtained based on structural dynamics.The dynamic analysis finite element program of liquid storage tank is developed with the aid of dynamic link library by using object oriented method,and hybrid compilation of VB and Fortran.The natural frequencies and modes,displacements and internal forces of the vertical anchor can be solved by the program.The dynamic response of liquid storage tank can be calculated by using PSAST program.The self vibration frequency and dynamic time-history data of the system is obtained,while the reservoir height,the height of the tank,the geometric parameters and the type of seismic waves are used as the variable parameters.The natural vibration characteristic and dynamic response of the liquid storage tank are got by analyzing the above results.The accuracy of the program calculation results is verified.Establish the same model to proceed numerical solution by ADINA.Multidimensional data analysis is carried out in two aspects of self vibration characteristic and dynamic response combined with literature data at the same time.The calculation accuracy and usability of PSAST program are proved.
