Curing Barn is a major progress of China's tobacco curing equipment, their matching new methods of loading tobacco leaves is still strong baking technology, baking process is not mature enough, material costs are relatively high and other issues, improvement and selection of suitable methods of loading leaves and equipment is important for the sustainable development of tobacco leaf production. Barn loading amount, the loading efficiency, energy cost, equipment costs and economic characters were studied using different methods of loading tobacco leaves by different area in Xiangxi, the main results are as follows:(1) Comparative Analysis of Comprehensive Efficiency for Different Methods of Loading Tobacco Leaves in Bulk Curing Barn in tobacco area of luxi Xiangxi.In order to investigate the measures of saving labor force and energy during the development of tobacco agricultural modernization, the loading efficiency, energy cost and quality of tobacco were studied using three loading methods:loading leaf with clip, loading with box, and traditional loading leaf with pole. The results showed that labor efficiency, barn loading amount and loading density of loading with box was the highest, loading leaf with clip is lower, traditional loading leaf with pole is the lowest, bulk energy costs of per kilometer dry leaf of loading leaf with box and loading leaf with clip are to decrese 0.49 and 0.29 than traditional loading leaf with pole. Economic characters of traditional loading leaf with pole was the highest, loading leaf with clip is lower, loading with box is the lowest. Comprehensive analysis, improvement of methods of loading leaf is helpful for enhance economic of baking links, the benefit of loading leaf with clip was the best(2) Comparative Analysis of Comprehensive Efficiency for Different Methods of Loading Tobacco Leaves in Bulk Curing Barn in tobacco area of Yongshun XiangxiIn order to investigate the measures of saving labor force and energy during the development of tobacco agricultural modernization, the loading efficiency, energy cost and economic characters were studied using five loading methods:loading leaf with clip, loading with box, loose-leaf accumulation, loose-leaf wisp, and traditional loading leaf with pole. The results showed that four methods of loading leaf (loading leaf with clip, loading with box, loose-leaf accumulation, loose-leaf wisp) decreased the cost of labor force by 73.26%?82.44%, and raised barn loading amount by 35.13%?50.63% during curing when compared with the method of traditional loading leaf. The energy cost during curing of traditional loading leaf with pole was higher than loading leaf with clip, loading with box, loose-leaf wisp but lower than loose-leaf accumulation. The time of invest recovery of new barn using four methods of loading leaf is 1.05?3.44 year/6667m2 compared with the method of traditional loading leaf. The difference of the economic characters of curing leaves between loading leaf with clip and traditional loading leaf with pole was inconspicuous, while loading with box, loose-leaf accumulation and loose-leaf wisp were worse than traditional loading leaf with pole. The benefit of loading leaf with clip was the best considering both economic characters and energy cost.(3) Comparative Analysis of Comprehensive Efficiency for Different Methods of Loading Tobacco Leaves in Bulk Curing Barn in tobacco area of Hua yuan XiangxiIn order to investigate the measures of saving labor force and energy during the development of tobacco agricultural modernization, barn loading amount, economic characters and chemical compositions of the cured leaves were studied using three loading methods:loading leaf with clip, loading with box, and traditional loading leaf with pole. The results showed that the lower leaf loading tobacco amounts of loading tobacco method of loading tobacco loop were the largest, loading leaf with clip is lower, traditional loading leaf with pole is the lowest; The loading tobacco amounts of the middle leaf and the upper leaf loading tobacco method of loading leaf with clip were the largest, loading tobacco loop is lower, traditional loading leaf with pole is the lowest. Traditional loading leaf with pole of the lower leaf proportion of middle grade tobacco leaf was highest, followed by loading leaf with clip, loading tobacco loop of proportion of middle grade tobacco leaf was smallest; Loading leaf with clip of the lower and upper leaves leaf percentage of good grade tobacco leaf was highest, followed by traditional loading leaf with pole, loading tobacco loop of percentage of good grade tobacco leaf was smallest; From the point of view of chemical compositions of the cured leaves, total sugar, reducing sugar,nicotine and chloride contents of different loading tobacco method were more appropriate, ratio of nitrogen to nicotine was more coordination; Comprehensive comparison of barn loading amount, economic characters and chemical compositions of the cured leaves of different different loading method,the benefit of loading leaf with clip was the best.
