Research On Ecological Civilization Construction In Hunan Province From The Perspective Of Marx's View Of Ecology

Ecological problem is not only a major issue of concern to the academic community, but also a problem that the government needs to solve urgently. In the process of rapid economic development, Hunan is facing severe ecological environment problems. Marx's theory of ecology in China's practice is the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development, the construction of "beautiful China" is an inevitable requirement, but also to guide the construction of ecological civilization in Hunan region is the inevitable choice.Marxist ecological view is refers to the Marxism about the ecological problems basic viewpoints and comprehending the whole, is about people and the natural, social, their relations and other issues, from a philosophical point of view summarized, thinking and formed a theoretical system. The main point of view including:man and nature inherent unity of ecological view of nature, regulation between man and nature, the material transformation of the concept of ecological economics, people reconciliation with nature ecological ethics, and sustainable development of the ecological views of society. First, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the four aspects, and points out that the ultimate solution to the problem of man and nature is to realize communism. Then starts from the point of view of the actual situation in Hunan, using Marxist ecological view to guide the construction of ecological civilization in Hunan, respect for nature, comply with nature, nature conservation, sustainable development in Hunan and the construction of ecological civilization into the Hunan economy, politics, culture, social construction in all aspects and the whole process. And points out that ecological civilization construction in Hunan Province is confronted with problem is a lack of the guidance of the correct values, good material foundation and a sound security system, and to the Marxist ecological view as the theoretical foundation pointed out, Hunan Province, the construction of ecological civilization must construct the system whole system of ecological civilization. The transformation of the mode of economic development, vigorously develop the circular economy. To carry out the construction of ecological ethics, cultivating ecological citizenship; reform of people's livelihood and ecological construction of people's livelihood.
