Currently the most advanced and largest multi-way closed die forging hydraulic press is to use the prestressed whole plate and frame structure of the United States Cameron(Cameron)300MN close die forging hydraulic press,mainly for the production of nuclear power,aviation,military and other fields of large forgings,its core technology is completely blocked.At present our country in the field of developement of large multi-way die forging hydraulic press,is still in its infancy,there existing multi-way die forging hydraulic press actuators speed is not stable,the problem of hydraulic machinery cannot work normally,can not guarantee the quality of products and work efficiency.With the development of industrial automation technology and the continuous improvement of die forging products' quality requirements,the need to develop an advanced control system to improve the speed forging hydraulic press control accuracy,stability and accuracy of the hydraulic cylinder,which is to reduce mold undervoltage amount of forgings,die forgings to improve the internal structure is of great significance.In this thesis,on the base of in-depth analysis of the forging process of 40 MN multi-way closed die forging hydraulic press,according to the two horizontal cylinders work requirements,select the appropriate actuators and control components,build horizontal cylinder speed control system model,to establish a stable and reliable high performance control system,the main contents are as follows:(1)According to process requirment,choose electro-hydraulic proportional valves,displacement sensors and control system hardwares reasonably.On the basis of various datasheet,determine the research subject is using the electro-hydraulic proportional valves to control the hydraulic cylinder speed in this system.(2)With selected components to construct the electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system,a detailed analysis of characteristics of the system and each part that make up the system,through the reasonable simplified mathematical model of system is derived,establish the system block diagram of transmission,and conducts simulation analysis with MATLAB/Simulink.(3)According to the results of modeling and simulation systems,to design the PLC control sysem and hardware,software structure.In combination with PLC and the electro-hydraulic proportional control technology of hydraulic electric control system for automatic control.(4)Design speed control system,according to the analysis of control systems,digital incremental speed control PID controller in the PLC control system,and designed to be flexible human-computer interaction PC monitoring system,through the actual commissioning validation controls's validity.(5)Summary of this paper,pointed out the problem of simulation experiments and the deficiencies found,and the actual effect of the implementation of the project design and proposed vision for the subject of further research.
