Glass lens production has gone through several different stages.Up to now,mould pressing technology has become the most mature and common technology.Compared with the mechanical screw press,the hydraulic press with proportional technology has many advantages,such as large output pressure,wide range of adjustment,long working stroke,sufficient working space and good smoothness.In this paper,a pressure forming proportional control system of optical lens is designed by proportional reducing valve to realize flexible contact with workpiece,no impact at the moment of pressurization and accurate control within the range of 50kg?5000kg.It includes the following contents:(1)Conduct research,understand the structural design and development direction of relevant equipment,compare the advantages and disadvantages of various design schemes,and complete the mechanical structure,electrical and hydraulic principle design of the equipment based on this.(2)Determine the design drawings of each structure according to the design results,make the three-dimensional model of the whole equipment,and optimize the structure according to the model assembly.Then ANSYS is used to analyze the main mechanical structure of the equipment,and optimize the part of the structure where the stress and strain do not meet the requirements.(3)The mathematical model of the system is established and the dynamic characteristics are analyzed to find out the weak points that the system control accuracy can not meet the requirements.PID and fuzzy PID controllers are designed to correct these weak points,and the control effect of the controller is verified by Simulink simulation.(4)According to the system electrical and hydraulic schematic diagram and specific action requirements,the system control program is compiled based on PLC,and the system operation panel is designed with special software.The system can run automatic control program reliably and modify program parameters conveniently.Meet the flexibility requirements of new product development for equipment.(5)Build the actual equipment of the proportion control system,and carry out the test and test according to the acceptance list of North night vision company.The control equipment completes the gantry movement and the rapid lifting of the piston rod,and measures whether the pressure error of each measuring point in the pressurization stage is within the allowable range.The experimental results show that the gantry moving function is normal and the positioning accuracy meets the requirements;the hydraulic cylinder piston rod fast forward and fast backward movement is smooth,without running and crawling phenomenon,and can switch freely with the automatic control program;the pressure control accuracy of the equipment in each pressure section is far higher than the accuracy requirements.The pressure forming proportional control system of night vision lens basically meets the requirements.
