Research On ShouGang Plant Wastewater Recycling Project Cost Management

As water shortage and water pollution in China are increasingly aggravating,we have nothing to do but improve the technology of recycle wastewater and its' research.Especially,ShouGang International Company(hereinafter referred to as the ShouGang)is located in the capital city of China,and the situation of Beijing is particularly serious,water shortage and water pollution problems have seriously threaded to the normal production and operation activities of ShouGang.Therefore,it's necessary to recycle the wastewater of ShouGang,after ultra filtration,reverse osmosis and other advanced water treatment technology and method of treatment and reuse for plant production and business activities.However,China's sewage recycling experience and technology is relatively weak,similar research projects is very less,cost control effect is poor,this kind of practical project management and its' study needs to be improved.Therefore,this article focused on the recent three years of the most typical representative of the cost of sewage reuse project management both at home and abroad,through literature analysis,case study method,data analysis and other research methods,combining with my own working practice and experience,further study of shougang factory sewage reuse project cost estimation and control.First,investigate natural general conditions and the characteristics sewage reuse project in shougang,shougang factory wastewater recycling project resources plan,analysis the project cost estimate and budget;Secondly,analysis of shougang factory sewage reuse project design stage,development stage of implementation,commissioning and debugging stages and three stages of cost control and its basis,and the project procurement,project changes and other factors that affect the cost control and its cost control;Finally,Suggestions to improve the comprehensive quality of sewage reuse project cost management and strengthen its system and procedure of the construction of standardization,standardization and scientific,attention to the cultivation of project management talents and reserve,builds qualifications,credit good subcontractors and material,equipment suppliers,such as resource platform.
