·Camphor tree is precious spices and timber species.Its branches,leaves,roots,stems,fruits are rich in volatile oil,referred to as camphor oil.The chemical composition of camphor oil is widely used in chemical,pharmaceutical,food,spices,tobacco and other industries.Camphor oil is mainly composed of 1,8-cine-ole,linalool and monoterpenes,sesquiterpenes and oxygennated derivativees.1,8-cineole is mainly used in chemical,food,medicine and other industries,has antibacterial,antiasthmatic and antitussive,transdermal penetration and so on,can be used as analgesics,washing agent,deodorant,etc.,can also be used in too-thpaste,cough syrup and artificial mint.Linalool is the most widely used in the world and use the largest spices,mainly used in cosmetics,soap,detergent,food,etc.,are widely used in all kinds of flowers and fruit scent type food essence,perfume,soap,and spices,is the preparation of the intermediate of vitamin A,K,E,is the synthesis of linalyl acetate,oxidation of aromatic camphors alcohol,dihydrogen aromatic camphors alcohol and other important chemical raw materials.·In this paper,vacuum distillation was used to study the separation and purification of 1,8-cineole and linalool from the main components of camphor oil,which provided the theoretical basis and technical support for the deep processing and industrial production of camphor oil.The results are as follows:·(1)By vacuum batch distillation method,two distillations of separation and purification of 1,8-cineole from camphor oil.In first distillation,the effect of total reflux time and reflux ratio on the separation efficiency of 1,8-cineole oil was investigated by constant reflux ratio operation,it was found that the purity of 1,8-cineole was increased from 27.25%to 83.21%at the operating pressure of 4.67kPa,total reflux time of 1h and reflux ratio of 6:1,and the yield was 82.30%;In the second distillation,for the first step distillation of 1,8-cineole content of 83.21%camphor oil,with constant reflux ratio,through single factor test and orthogonal test,the effects of total reflux time,reflux ratio,operating pressure on the 1,8-cineole separation effect,the operation pressure is 4.00kPa,total reflux 1.5h,constant reflux ratio the operation of 6:1,separation and purification of 1.8-cineole,the purity was 96.61%,yield was 81.35%.·(2)Making 87.98%of linalool from camphor oil was separated by vacuum batch distillation.Using constant reflux ratio operation,through the effects of total reflux time,reflux ratio and operating pressure on the separation of linalool were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal experiment,it is concluded that under the conditions of vacuum 96.63 kPa,total reflux 1.5h,(?)constant reflux ratio 3:1,the purity of linalool was 97.35%and the yield was 71.56%.
