A Study On Village Garbage Collection Facility Location And Configuration

At present,most Life garbage collection facilities of poorly-developed areas in the countryside are in a low level,garbage usually be in situ pile up,or simply dumped into the river,scientific life garbage collector system is very rare.However,with the fast development of social productivity and the improvement of people’s living standard,the amount and type of garbage are also increasing rapidly.Dispose of garbage already destroyed the ecological environment in rural areas,leading to the environmental pollution,thereby lowering the quality of life of the villagers,undermined the socialist new rural construction.In order to solve this problem,we analysed Yalang’s current problem from the local view,and use communication planning theory and central place theory into the garbage collection facility location and configuration,we use relevant theories and practical results,propose garbage collection facility location and allocation strategy base on the communication of government departments,planners and farmers,and using the strategy determined village garbage collection facility location and configuration optimization.Determined the The garbage collection facility hierarchical form:household trash can-village trash can-village waste storage tank,at the same time,we prepare for future upgrades:household trash can-village trash can-village waste storage tank-village refuse transfer station.and proposed the basic strategy of garbage collection facilities design,realized the balance of government departments,designer,and the farmer.Innovation point of this study lies in combination with the current"beautiful,clean village" activitiy in Guangxi,importing communicative planning theory and central place theory,go deep among the masses,understand people’s actual needs and requirements directly,analysed the feasibility and advancement of the theory in this study,proposed the way of using these theories to the villages in Guangxi,innovation village garbage collection facilities planning in theory and practise in Guangxi Pingguo.And puts forward a set of full method about garbage collection based on the three communication facility location configuration,proposed to solve the problem encountered in the process of planning the universality,the mass of the practical operability of the method,thus for services for Guangxi village,and for planning and operation of village renovation planning provides referential instance,help the grassroots government staff understanding and implementation of planning,helping professional people reading and imitation,providing references to the administrative man.Finally,concluded that collection facility location method in Pingguo based on the optimization study of Yalang,combining the scientific nature and feasibility,has practical significance for the development of the rural areas.
