Spinning process belongs to an advanced manufacturing process of no cutting or less cutting,and its forming features include the characteristics of some conventional manufacturing processes such as drawing,forging,pressing and rolling,which belong to the category of plastic forming technology.Thanks to its high utilization of materials,processing high-quality and simple mold advantages,it widely used in the field of sheet metal parts forming processing.The sheet wrinkling is one of the major quality defects in spinning process.Unlike the simple conventional spinning,the key to forming the multi-pass conventional spinning is how to design the path of the spinning roller,including the roller's motion characteristics and stroke composition.The reasonable spinning path can effectively control the occurrence of unstable wrinkling in the forming process.Therefore,it is worthy to further study the relationship between the spinning path with the destabilization wrinkle and the control of the path factors on the forming quality.In this paper,ABAQUS software is used as the platform to construct the numerical model of spinning forming,and the model is rationally optimized.Then,the model is used to simulate the forming process.It is proved by practical experiment that numerical simulation is feasible.Then the numerical simulation is used to verify the interference of the path to the unsteady wrinkle.The main contents and results are as follows:Based on the results of the numerical model,the stress and strain data,the thickness distribution and the wrinkle development state of the formed target are obtained.The generation and development trend of wrinkles in the unsteady wrinkling are summarized by the theory of plastic instability,and the rule of the wrinkle derived is discussed.Based on the development trend of wrinkles and the rule of derivative,the different linear paths are designed and simulated,then the results are compared and analyzed.The result shows that the roller path can control the stress and strain distribution in forming process,and then affects the development trend of wrinkle derivation and the final shape of the wrinkle.Through the multi-pass test,and compared the forming results under the different pass arrangement,and explored the influence factors of the intermediate profile shape.It is found that the shape characteristics of the intermediate profile will interfere with the development and the state of the wrinkle,and consequently affect the wrinkle state.
