The side wall with inner and outer toothed clutch hub is an important part of the double-clutch automatic transmission of the car,which plays the role of transmitting torque and supporting in the process of power transmission.At present,domestic automotive power parts manufacturers often use a stamping and drawing process to form a cup-shaped hub body structure,and combine the extrusion or bulging process to form an internal and external tooth structure to prepare a side wall with internal and external tooth clutch hub parts,but all manufacturing methods have drawbacks such as material utilization rate,forming accuracy,and low mold life.Spin forming is a high-precision,high-performance,and low-cost manufacturing process,and the manufacturing technology of the spin forming of the inner and outer toothed clutch hubs with side walls is monopolized by Germany,Switzerland and other countries.Therefore,research on the spin forming technology of this part has important theoretical guiding significance for the application of spin forming technology in the field of automobile power parts manufacturing.In this paper,a certain side wall with inner and outer toothed clutch outer hub parts as the research object,first of all,according to the structural characteristics and material characteristics of the part,it is proposed to use multi-pass deep drawing spinning combined with flow spinning process to replace the traditional stamping deep drawing process a stepless cup-shaped preform is formed,and the inner and outer tooth profile is formed on the side wall of the cup-shaped preform by the method of internal and external tooth spinning to form a precise plastic forming process with little cutting;and the key structure of the stepped cup preform the parameters,multi-pass deep drawing spinning and flow spinning forming parameters,multi-pass deep drawing spinning wheel motion trajectory and flow spinning ring structural parameters were analyzed and calculated.On this basis,the ABAQUS software was used to establish the multi-pass drawing and flow spinning finite element models of cup-shaped preforms respectively,and the multi-pass drawing spinning of cup-shaped preforms was studied by means of numerical simulation methods.The influence of pressure and flow spinning forming quality.The results show that during the process of multi-pass deep drawing and spinning of cup-shaped preforms,as the feed ratio of the rotary wheel,the radius of the fillet or the pass spacing increase,the maximum thinning rate of the wall thickness of the spinning part gradually decreases,The rebound angle gradually increases;with the increase of the first elevation angle,the rebound angle of the spinning part gradually increases,but the effect on the maximum thicknessreduction rate of the wall thickness is not significant;in the cup-shaped preform flow spinning In the process,as the forming angle or radius of the rotating wheel increases,the average roundness of the spinning piece will decrease first and then increase;when the feeding of the spinning wheel is relatively small,the wall thickness deviation of the spinning piece and the average circle The degree of change is not large;and when the rotary wheel feed is relatively large,the wall thickness deviation and average roundness of the spinning part increase with the increase.Finally,according to the characteristics of the internal and external gear spinning forming process,its forming parameters were analyzed;three types of single-pass rotation,two-pass rotation and two-pass rotation were designed.Different internal and external tooth spinning forming schemes;ABAQUS software was used to establish the finite element models of the above three internal and external tooth spinning forming schemes,and the simulation results were compared and analyzed from equivalent stress and strain and key dimensions of the tooth profile.The results show that the internal and external toothing schemes with two reversals and two revolving wheels have the best forming effect.
