The raw materials have a certain chemical reaction or a physical change during continuous processing,we call this process manufacturing.The iron and steel enterprises is a typical process manufacturing enterprises,China's steel enterprises achieve customer globalization in the end of the last century.With the development of the times,customer demand for steel products from single to various,China's steel has a phenomenon of overcapacity because of large production.The iron and steel enterprises provide a variety of services to customers.It shortens the life cycle of product to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition.Taking customer orders as starting point can make steel become commodity and marketing.Manufacturing execution has pase from production center to quality center.Accordingly,the process MES system needs to change.Recently,haze weather is more and more serious and frequently,especially in Hebei Province who has many iron and steel enterprises.The smoke emissions from steel,industrial waste and other chemical pollutants are the main sources of haze formation,There is no energy system in current MES system.The MES system established a good bridge for enterprise ERP and PCS.It plays an important role in information integration of process industry.It solves the data transfer of production process automation and management information.It divided the enterprise who takes the customer order as the center into three major functions: planning,production monitoring and material tracking.This paper will study in this major function and analysis the Energy distribution of the steel production process.It studied the Architecture method of steel MES.Taking a job order as the point,it discussed problem of the three major methods.This paper studies from the practice of project,and finally it gives a MES for a large steel enterprise.This system basically actualizes the function of intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing.It focuses on planning and production monitoring.
