As a lack of oil and more coal country,our country is higher for increasing energy demand and the demand to the requirements of the ecological environment,in order to solve the restriction of coping resources,comprehensive utilization of coal resources,China has introduced and developed many new technology of coal chemical industry in recent years,Chinese coal chemical industry has entered a new era of rapid development.As a branch of the coal chemical industry,the construction of coking crude benzol refining device has made progress by leaps and bounds,benzene series products have been widely used in light industry,building materials,agriculture,daily life and other fields.However,we should also see,the risk of overheating,product homogeneity and bad purity of product,low investment of benzene hydrogenation device development.In such a grim situation,in the face of these problems,we need to strictly control the total production capacity,and effectively improve the quality of products,to enhance the survival ability of the enterprise.And the use of more advanced technology,to improve the competitiveness of enterprises has become one of the standard methods.In this thesis,based on a new phase of Baosteel chemical benzene hydrogenation unit project as the background,in the production process of benzene hydrogenation unit control as the research object,through the research and analysis of the status quo at home and abroad,combined with the treasure of benzene hydrogenation device for automatic control requirements,the design of automatic control system for benzene hydrogenation to I/A's DCS system of FOXBORO company as the core,and completed the design and configuration of system design and application software of DCS hardware design and selection,field instruments,and focus on the column temperature on the improvement of the control system are analyzed and studied,the extraction tower as an example to analyze the device in the common temperature control,pressure control,liquid level control algorithm,in view of the complicated objects extraction column temperature influenced by random factors,associated factors,large inertia,nonlinear distributed parameter is serious,the cascade PID control was designed;the top pressure of extraction column is controlled by process control design.The design of control system,can complete the benzene hydrogenation unit of each part of the operation,an important parameter monitoring,can help the operator to complete production tasks,can better achieve the role of security,the key points of the production control and alarm function,can effectively avoid the occurrence of accidents,to maintain the smooth operation of the device.At the same time to realize the function of data management system,including data acquisition,data storage and processing,to meet the needs of enterprise management.
