Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), hereinafter referred to as the PVC, due to its itself has ahigh stability, not easy to acid, alkali corrosion, heat resistance and other excellentcharacteristics, the organic synthesis of polymeric materials, are widely used indomestic and foreign markets. In recent decades, with the rapid development of nationaleconomy, the increase in demand of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in the daily life andproduction process of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is developing in the direction oflarge-scale and complication.Characteristics and process of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) combined with chemicalproduction process, found that the temperature in the process of PVC polymerizationdirectly affect the quality and production efficiency. Therefore, how to be more strictprocess and the relationship between the controlling parameters more complex cases,design control effect is good, strong robustness of the control system of polymerizationtemperature, is the core of the PVC industry to solve the problem. Is commonly used inindustrial control of the single loop PID control loop, but more and more restrictions onthe complex industrial production requirements of the single loop PID control functionof single loop PID has not fully meet the requirements of production process, such assafety, economy, environmental protection, in order to solve this problem, should think,considering the complex control strategy.Development in the industrial process control, process control, cascade control,feedforward PID control, adaptive control, fuzzy control, decoupling control, expertcontrol, and many other advanced process control strategy has its own characteristicsand advantages. Considering the temperature, the research object of this article is thelarge capacity large lag and large inertia object, so the author first USES the cascadecontrol system structure is simple, the change of the circulation of volatile variables,through vice circulation disturbance rejection, to reduce the influence of interference onthe system, and improve the dynamic performance of process control.In addition, considering the special process of PVC polymerization temperaturecontrol effect of early reaction and reaction control function is different, on the basis ofthe above design, the author combines the process control and cascade control cascade-process control. In this way, not only satisfy the dynamic and steady performance of thecontrol, and solve the special requirements of the production process. Cascade-process and control system can meet the basic requirements of PVCpolymerization temperature control, completely can be applied to daily industrialproduction, but with the rapid development of PVC industry, and constantly improvethe production requirements, in the near future, PVC polymerization temperaturecontrol of the pursuit of higher efficiency and better robustness. In order to make theeconomic development of PVC industry has a better prospect, in order to enhance thecompetitiveness of PVC enterprises at the same time, through the analysis and research,in this article, the author puts forward the cascade process control system, this kind ofmodel predictive control is widely used in computer control of advanced controlstrategies, system design, system control does not need complex system identificationusing model and mathematical modeling, can be predicted by building the model, usingthe online rolling optimization system, improve the steady-state and dynamicperformance of process control system, and improve the robustness of the system.As vector control, for the choice of the actual industrial production process controlsystem is particularly important as the industrial control system, by the United StatesHoneywell PKS knowledge system (process) system provides rich and perfect thefunction of the modular platform, using the basic control module control, complexstructure can satisfy the design requirements of process control system, optimize thesystem, the PKS system hierarchical control method can ensure stable operation of thesystem, and fundamentally improve the robustness of the system, in order to meet thepresent and future of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) industrial production demand.
