Nowadays environmental pollution and resource loss is a worldwide problem,With the popularization of the concept of sustainable development in China,chlorine ether resin,as a new kind of environmental protection material,has a broad application prospect in the anti-corrosion and ink industry.The production process of chlorine ether resin is complex,involving a large number of industrial equipment and requires a high degree of automation and control accuracy,so it is great significance to ensure the safety,stability and efficiency of the production process of chlorine ether resin.In this paper,based on the background of a project of chlorinated ether resin in xinjiang,the distillation column as the research object,according to the process of chlorinated ether resin and the development level of industrial automation today,combined with the characteristics of the existing control system scheme,designed the distributed control system(DCS)suitable for the production process control of chlorinated ether resin.Through the analysis of the temperature control system of the distillation column,it is concluded that the temperature control of the distillation section of the distillation column is a complex process control system with multiple inputs,multiple disturbances and large hysteresis.To improve the system's ability to resist disturbance and reduce the influence of lag link,and guarantee the distillation get high quality products,in this paper,on the basis of cascade control is introduced into the fuzzy control algorithm,at the same time in the fuzzy controller and PID controller in reverse parallel Smith forecast controller,a Smith prediction control and compound control algorithm of fuzzy control,so as to enhance the system stability and robustness.Finally,using Simulink in Matlab software for rectifying column fuzzy cascade control system and Smith fuzzy cascade control system,simulation system control effect under different control algorithms are analyzed,the results show that the Smith fuzzy cascade control system designed in this paper can very good to adapt to changesin parameters,has strong ability of resisting interference,the control effect is superior to the traditional cascade control,this paper used the intelligent control algorithm and the strategy of similar industrial production control system has a certain reference value to the design and optimization.
