The contract’s technical audit is a key process to transfer customer’s technical requirements to product design scheme.Contract’s technical audit is an important role to guarantee the delivered product is accordance with customer’s technical requirements.With the development of personalized requirement from customer,It is a new subject to establish a contract’s technical audit system focusing on customer’s requirement which could improve steel enterprise’s competitive.The former model of contract’s technical audit depend on the experience from different product engineers who could not obtained the information about pre-sale/sale/after-sale in order to get best product design scheme.Obviously,it is not suitable for new situation.Based on analysing present status of Steel Products effective factor and the important position in enterprise business about the contract’s technical audit,the thesis present the research and design of Expert System in Contract’s Technical Audit of steel products.The artificial intelligence technology is applied in Contract’s Technical Audit,The information concerned customer requirement,product’s quality design&customer service are integrated which could improve the accuracy and efficiency of contract’s technical audit.In order to supply the rule and evidence for product’s quality design,a set of logic for delivery product’s standard with measurable and digitized technical index is established in the step of evaluating customer’s technical requirements;The knowledge express method for DFEMA&PFEMA is defined,and the guide for design specification and production scheme is set up for the step of product’s quality design;Based on the knowledge express method for customer’s information of descriptive,requirement,quality complain,degree of satisfaction°ree of loyalty,et.,the control logic for customer service information is concerned in order to identify,transit&apply the product’s use information.Research and design of expert systemin contract’s technical audit of steel products based on the theory and method of expert system could reform the former experiential-type method,improve the accuracy and efficiency and assure the best design scheme including processing and parameter according to customer’s technical requirement.Finally,to form the ability on sustainable development and increase competitive power for enterprise.
