The integration of manufacturing and service industry has become the mainstream trend.During the manufacturing process,CNC machine tools,as large-scale and complex equipment,involve a variety of service requirements throughout the life cycle.Among them,the productive service requirements are numerous and scattered.The article establishes the correlation model between customer requirements and productive service requirements which is based on clustering ideas and mathematical statistics theoryand completes the configuration of productive service requirements.The main research contents are as follows:After analyzing the domestic and foreign researches on the product service system,the correlation between the customer requirements and the productive service requirements,the service requirement modular and the cluster analysis,we design the overall framework for the configuration of productive service requirements for numerically-controlled machine tools,determine the principles and content design of the requirements survey questionnaire,and establish customer requirements domains,productive service requirements domains,and solution domains based on the feedback information of the questionnaires.In view of the uncertainty and fuzziness of the customer requirements,The paper combines the analytic hierarchy process method and the rough set principle to get the combined weights,which avoids the errors caused by the simple weight determination method and is more realistic.In the past,researches focused mainly on theproductrequirements as a medium to complete the mapping of customer requirements to servicerequirements,which is an indirect relationship research.The lack of the direct relationship between customer requirements and productive service requirements and autocorrelation of it are relatively limited.The article will integrate customer requirements weights to improve the grey relational principle and establish a direct relationship between the two.The design of the productive service requirements scheme starts with the establishment of a comprehensive correlation coefficient model,which fuses the correlation between customer requirementsand productive service requirements and theautocorrelation of productive service requirements.We improve the affinity propagation(AP)clustering algorithm based on the Kruscal algorithm minimum tree principle.The class algorithm completes the clustering of the productive service requirements and implements a one-to-one correspondence between the customer requirements and the productive service requirements scheme.Through the comparison of the running time before and after the improvement,it is found that the running time of the improved program is reduced,and the consistency of the clustering results before and after the improvement of the algorithm is verified.Based on the above research,we explore the correlation between customer requirements and the productive service requirements,model this relationship and combined the ideas of clustering into the design of the productive service requirements program to obtain each customer requirements index corresponding to productive service requirements scheme.
