With the rapid development of the Internet,the Internet platform and information and communication technologies are gradually being combined with various industries to derivative new ecosystems.Virtual reality technology is a hot spot in the domestic and international scientific and technological circles in recent years.It is also changing with each passing day.VR glasses,as the representative of virtual reality technology,with the massive resources,cool games,and shocking panoramic video,can make users experience the near-real virtual world,which are favored by consumers.E-commerce platforms like Jingdong include a wide variety of VR glasses,and each VR glasses' online reviews include rich user experience and evaluation of purchased products,among them,feedback such as"not smooth" and "dizziness" are also frequent.In order to better competition,enterprises are constantly improving their products.First,companies obtain customer requirements'information from online reviews;then,In the judgment of the relationship between customer requirements and technical characteristics and technical characteristics,combined with expert evaluation information,the final weight of technical characteristics can be better obtained,which is of great significance for the formulation of VR glasses product improvement program.Therefore,the research on design improvement of VR glasses based on online reviews and expert evaluation information is a research topic with important application value.This paper studies the design improvement of VR glasses based on online reviews and expert evaluation information,mainly in the following aspects:(1)Putting forward the design improvement problem of VR glasses based on online reviews and expert evaluation information and the explanation of the problem and the overall research framework,which lays a foundation for the development of research problem.(2)Putting forward a method for determining the customer requirements and customer requirements'weight of VR glasses based on evidence reasoning theory.Firstly,after pre-processing the online comment data of several e-commerce platforms,the professional domain attribute dictionary is established to give a list of all the attribute words related to the VR glasses;then,the natural language processing technology and the dependency syntax analysis method are used to determine VR glasses customer demand;Finally,using evidence reasoning combined with online reviews to determine customer demand weights.(3)Putting forward a product design improvement method based on expert evaluation to determine the weight of technical characteristic.First,analyzing the customer requirements for extracting VR glasses from the online reviews of the e-commerce website,and then determine the technical characteristics of the products through product specifications and expert evaluation.The rough set method is used to establish the correlation matrix of customer requirements and technical characteristics and the autocorrelation matrix of technical characteristics.Then,through expert evaluation information,the positive and negative interaction relationship between the technical characteristics in the autocorrelation matrix is determined,and the importance of the technical characteristics is further determined.Finally,building a quality house,getting the final weight of technical characteristics,and combine the development stage and market competition of the enterprise to develop an improvement plan for VR glasses products.(4)Giving an application study on the design improvement of VR glasses based on online reviews and expert evaluation information,by an example of shinecon's VR glasses sold on the three major e-commerce platforms illustrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
