In recent years,Polycaprolactone has attracted much attention in research of Bone Tissue Repairation.In order to prepare the ideal repairation composites,it is necessary to make the composites have high strength,but also has good biological activity.Hydroxyapatite has good chemical stability,biological activity and good bone guidance ability.Therefore,how to prepare Bone Tissue Repairation composite materials of PCL/HA which have high strength and bio-active is the focus of this paper.The problems have been studied as follows:1.Preparation of PCL/HA Composites.PCL/HA composites were prepared by solution blending.The effects of solvent types,PCL molecular weight and the addition of HA on the mechanical properties of the materials were investigated.The products were characterized by Tensile,Infrared(IR),Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The process conditions are determined as:The solvent was CHCl2.The molecular weight of PCL was 80000,HA accounted for 10%of the total mass.2.Effect of Silane Coupling Agent on properties of PCL/HA Composites.According to the process conditions of preparing PCL/HA composites,the surface of HA was modified by KH-570,KH-560 and KH-907.The effects of the volume fraction of the coupling agent,the volume ratio of ethanol to water,the pH value,the hydrolysis time,the coupling time,the coupling temperature and the steam temperature on the strength of composites was investigated.The products were characterized by XRD,IR,SEM and mechanical properties.The modified process conditions were determined.Compared with the KH-570,KH-560 and KH-907,it can be found that HA modified by KH-560 have uniform particle size distribution,after combined with PCL,it can effectively reduce the stress concentration,so the average tensile strength is higher than the other,and the maximum strength is higher than the other kinds of Silane Coupling Agents,which reached 25.1 MPa.3.Effects of Titanate Coupling Agent on properties of PCL/HA CompositesAccording to the process conditions of the preparation of PCL/HA composites,the surface of HA was modified by HY-201.The products were characterized by IR,SEM,XRD and mechanical properties.The modified process conditions were determined.The maximum strength of the composites reached the 20.7MPa.Titanate Coupling Agent modification effect is less effective than Silane Coupling Agent,so the application prospects will be not widely.
