It a significant problem to intelligently control the heating and humidity transfer to improve the comfortable characteristic of the internal shoes.This paper focus on the structural design of the under-shoe air road,manufacturing,fluid simulation and experiment,analysis of the fatigue life of the under-shoe rubber and the research of the temperature control system,and developed an intelligent shoes whose temperature and humidity can be controlled by a mobile phone APP.The main work can be illustrated as follows:1.This paper discusses that the in-shoe temperature,humidity are the key factors that impact the ease.Based on the individual need of the ease of people,an intelligent shoe is developed whose temperature and humidity can be controlled.The manufacturing process is designed on the basis of the parts' combination orders.The structural design of the temple shoe is accomplished.2.By using the mode of CFX of ANSYS Workbench,focus on the internal structure of the shoe sole,a flow field simulation is processed for the study and the optimization of the structural parameters of the humidity transfer characteristic of the shoes.Also,the structure of the internal shoes is verified by the experiment of the 3D-printed shoes under the air and humidity transfer trail.3.Through uniaxial tensile test,shear test and compression test,we acquired the rubber parameters.Combined with the analysis results of mechanical properties by using ANSYS,and the calculation of fatigue life by using MSC.Fatigue,the results show that this kind of structure design meets the life requirements.4.The control system of the intelligent shoes is developed,based on the established temperature control model and the simulation analysis of temperature control by using fuzzy PID by using the MATLAB Simulink toolbox.A temple intelligent shoes is designed and tested,which indicates that this control system can satisfy the good control requirements of its comfortable characteristic.To sum up,the artificial intelligence shoe developed in this paper can well meet the needs of consumers to set their own temperature and humidity,displaying good application prospect and market value.
