Heat setting is an important part of dyeing and finishing industry.Due to the influence of tensile force and chemical solvents in the processing process,the size of embryo cloth is in an unstable state.After heat setting,the fabric can eliminate the internal stress of the fiber,make the molecules get a certain degree of stress relaxation,and improve the dimensional stability of the fiber.According to whether there is swelling agent in the process of setting,the heat setting is divided into wet heat setting and dry heat setting.Compared with dry heat setting,the fabric after wet heat setting has soft handle and full color.However,because the temperature and humidity system is a large hysteresis,nonlinear and strong coupling system,it has obvious inertia and poor stability in the control process.In order to solve the above problems,the temperature and humidity control system of heat and moisture setting is taken as the research object,and the hysteresis and coupling problems in the control process are studied.In view of the hysteresis and inertia problems in the process of temperature and humidity control,the method of optimizing controller is used to improve.Fuzzy algorithm is added to PID control,and the deviation and variation rate generated in the process of system operation are input into the fuzzy controller,and the deviation and deviation change rate are reasoned according to the fuzzy rules to obtain?K_I??K_P??K_D The results are input into the PID controller to realize the real-time adjustment of the proportion,integral and differential control parameters.The simulation of MATLAB shows that the time of temperature reaching steady state is reduced from1700s to 1100s,and the time of humidity reaching steady state is reduced from 1600s to 900s.Through the analysis of the temperature and humidity system of the heat setting machine drying room,the characteristics of the temperature and humidity system are determined,and the appropriate method is selected to obtain the transfer function,and the mathematical model of the drying room of the heat setting machine is established.According to the model,the size and direction of the system coupling are determined,and the decoupling system is designed.Simulink module is used to verify the decoupling system.The results show that the temperature and humidity systems after decoupling are no longer interrelated.When one system is adjusted,the other system will not be affected or fluctuated.Finally,select the appropriate hardware for the control system,according to the characteristics and power of the heat setting machine,select CPU,upper computer,lower computer,PLC,sensor,actuator hardware equipment,and then design the software of the upper computer and the lower computer to realize the information interaction between PC,PLC and actuator.
