Folding bicycle has the characteristics of light,portable and easy to carry.It is the developing trend of bicycle research.The average baby car is to be carried out,and the range is small.In order to expand the scope of the mother with a child,this paper designs and studies a bicycle can ride more than a baby car.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development of the research on the multi-functional bicycle,folding bicycle and baby carriage at home and abroad.Combined with the design requirements of the subject,the research ideas and contents of this thesis are defined.Secondly,The design scheme of a multifunctional folding baby carriage is put forward.Focus on the design of the frame and the important parts of the vehicle and other vehicles.Using CAXA and Pro/E software,the 3D modeling,solid assembly and interference inspection of all parts are carried out.Thirdly,The size of the frame is optimized based on ergonomics.The relative position relationship of the three parts of the riding posture is analyzed emphatically.In order to ensure the safety,the analysis of the slope on the brake force,climbing angle,turning radius are carried out.Finally,finite element analysis and plan improvement of the whole frame is carried out.In order to ensure the reliability of the analysis,the finite element analysis of the frame was carried out by ANSYS and Workbench CREO/Simulate respectively.The results were analyzed and compared.Then the finite element analysis of the two improved schemes is carried out with CREO/Simulate and the results are compared with that of the original state,choosing a scheme that meets the strength requirements and aesthetic appearance of the final design.This paper mainly studies the mufti-function folding baby carriages,achieving the vehicle can be implemented and can ride the requirements.Through the design of the frame and the auxiliary device,it meet the design requirements.The work of the paper is of significance to the design and research of mufti-function folding baby carriages.
