In recent years, the quality of aquatic products has been seriously affected with aquatic environment being polluted, especially the chemical contaminants pollution.Heavy metals As,Cd,Pb have been exceeded the national standard, directly affecting people's food safety and health.A total of four types of 357 aquatic products were collected mainly from the coastal areas of China(Tianjin Tanggu,Zhejiang Zhoushan,Guangdong Huizhou and Zhanjiang)in the study. The concentrations of Cr,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in edible muscles were measured by ICP-MS.The pollution distribution and characteristics of heavy metals in aquatic products from coastal areas were analyzed, also the reasons were discussed. The distribution of the content of heavy metals in aquatic products was fitted by Crystal Ball.Using Monte Carlo simulation and the Bootstrap sampling, aquatic exposure levels and the risk probability assessment of heavy metals in coastal regions in child and adults have been estimated.According to the assessment results, proposals of the limits set of heavy metal in aquatic products were put forward. The results are as follows:(1)The average content of Cr,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in aquatic products of our country's coastal areas are respectively 0.2001 mg/kg,0.9929 mg/kg,0.0512 mg/kg,0.0533 mg/kg and 0.1219 mg/kg.The probability of exceeding the standard were 0,52.74%,11.99%,1.37%and 6.51%.(2)EDI of aquatic products Cr in coastal areas for children, young adults and the elderly are respectively 1.964 E-4 mg/kg-d,1.119 E-4 mg/kg·d and 1.041 E-4 mg/kg d;EDI of aquatic products As are 9.360 E-4 mg/kg-d,5.376 E-4 mg/kg·d and 4.954E-4 mg/kg·d;EDI of aquatic products Cd are 5.909E-5 mg/kg·d,3.383E-5 mg/kg·d and 3.256E-5 mg/kg-d;EDI of aquatic products Hg are 4.307E-5 mg/kg·d,2.953E-5 mg/kg·d and 2.571E-5 mg/kg·d;EDI of aquatic products Pb are 1.250E-4 mg/kg·d,7.091E-5 mg/kg·d and 6.617E-5 mg/kg-d.EDI of five heavy metals of different age groups are children>young adults>the elderly, urban>rural areas.(3)In order to calculate the national average,HQ of dietary intake of five heavy metals in aquatic products for children, young adults and the elderly(children>young adults>the elderly)are all less than 1,on the whole it is safe. But in order to calculate the coastal city,HQ result is higher than national average. From the comparisons of the average,median,75th percentile,95th percentile,97.5 percentile and 99th percentile of HQ of dietary intake:urban>rural areas,Ningbo>Zhanjiang>Guangzhou>Wuqing ? Hexi>Jiaxing>Fengkai.Among them, there is a big risk of As,less risk of Cr,Cd,Hg and Pb in Ningbo,Zhanjiang.
