The cement vibration molding worktable is a processing equipment whose power source is periodic vibration.driving the worktable vibrating up and down by exciting motor,thus making the blocks tighter and stronger.During the working of the vibrating molding worktable,many factor will influence the quality of blocks,such as the direction of exciting force,exciting frequency,amplitude and so on.Theoretically,the best vibrating frequency and amplitude is different with regard to different material,the selected frequency should be approached to the frequency of aggregate' natural vibration,causing sympathetic vibration,thus getting the perfect vibrating result.In order to study those factors how to influence the quality of blocks,it's essential to study the dynamic characteristics of vibrating worktable.Firstly the article builds the dynamics model of vibrating worktable,and solving the differential equation of vibration,all of this are the theoretical basis of the following study.On the basis of vibrating worktable,the article builds the solid model,and makes the finite element analysis of vibrating worktable with Workbench:getting the solid model into Workbench,generating the mesh,optimizing the mesh and adding contact and constraint.The article make the modal analysis to get the seven vibration model and natural frequencies,the result shows that the vibration model of low order modes does not contribute to the dense blocks,however,the most of modes effect on dense blocks greatly.On the basis of the modal analysis,the article make the harmonic response analysis of vibrating worktable,adding the frequency between 0-180Hz to get the amplitude spectrum.From the result,even crests appear in amplitude spectrum,this is phenomenon of resonance.From the amplitude spectrum,on the base of the dense blocks' standard,getting the best working frequencies.This result will guide the practical production effectively.
