Vibrating screen is widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, building materials, refractories, light industry, chemical industry, etc. The structure and materials of the vibrating screen influence its performance of use and life. In working process, the main parts of the vibrating screen often endure long time alternating loads, and often result in the lateral board, beams and other components, and occur accident frequently, and have a serious impact on the screening effect shaker and production efficiency. Therefore,it has a great significance to research on vibrating screen system and structural dynamics, ensure the motion meeting the equirements, eliminate stress concentration of vibrating screen, reduce stress and avoid sympathetic vibration for improving its working reliability and extending the life. This thesis using Pro/E software established the 3d models of 2ZKB Vibrating screen, and has carried on the kinematics simulation. Using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, established the vibrating screen box finite element model, and analyses the modal and stress analysis, it is concluded that the former 12th order natural frequency and vibration type and stress distribution during steady-state work, and the vibrating screen box structure change, making the screen not happen resonance phenomenon in steady-state frequencies. Then made the screen box the harmonic response analysis, from the curve learned the structure of vibrating screen box meet the design requirements. This research solved strength problems of the screen and provided a new structure improvement measures for the future design and optimization vibrating provides references.
