To the production of traditional Chinese medicine extraction,ethanol is widely used as solvents.But if waste liquid after used,is discharged directly,not only cause a waste,but also pollute the environment.According to the requirements of GMP,Traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprises must carry out ethanol recovery and recycling.But ethanol recovery process is a complex process of multi-variable,nonlinear,big lag and so on,so previous automatic control technology is difficult to obtain high purity ethanol.Therefore,optimize the structure of control system,study the advanced control strategy,it becomes the important lesson to ethanol recovery process control.It is of great significance to achieve high efficiency,high purity ethanol recovery,reduce cost,improve production efficiency,etc.This topic research the ethanol recovery process of intelligent control technology by understanding the present situation of ethanol recovery process control,through the intelligent refactoring process control technology at home and abroad.We mainly do the following:Through the analysis of the basic principle of ethanol recovery process,technological process and operation procedures,etc;To measure the parameters and the selection of control parameters,ethanol recovery process measurement and control system overall scheme is constructed.In view of the three stages of ethanol recovery process,In the startup phase,build the bottom temperature of generalized predictive control strategy Based on t-s fuzzy control model.In the intermediate stage,buid the tower temperature-reflux flow cascade control system Based on the adaptive fuzzy PID control strategy.we have studied Process intelligent reconfiguration method,mainly different stages of the discriminant method and the control law is switching method.Put forward the ethanol recovery at different stages of switching strategy,refactoring to ethanol recovery process is implementedWe have Researched and designed ethanol recovery process of PLC control system.In the aspect of hardware selection of Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 PLC as the controller,The module selection,I/O circuit design and hardware configuration,etc.In terms of PLC program design,mainly studies the data acquisition and scale transformation methods,intelligent control technology of engineering realization method,and write the corresponding control procedures.We have studied Based on IPC + PLC monitoring system structure,In WinCC monitoring software development platform,we have developed ethanol recovery process monitoring program,realize the process monitoring,operation interface,real time curve display,user management,and other functions.Running results show that achieve the expected goal.
