Flotation is the most important technical method in mineral processing industry,which is widely used in the separation of non-ferrous metals,non-metals,coal and other minerals.Reagent addition is a very important link in flotation production process,the accuracy of reagent addition is directly related to the quantity,quality and economic benefits of mineral processing.The traditional manual dosing method not only has poor precision,high labor intensity,untimely adjustment,but also often has drug cut-off.Therefore,the realization of automatic dosing control has become the consensus of mineral processing industry.In this paper,the existing solenoid valve dosing method and metering pump dosing method are easy to be affected by liquid pressure change,viscosity change,slag content,pipeline scaling,valve core wear and other factors,need frequent calibration and calibration one by one,not only heavy workload,but also low control accuracy,etc.Deficiencies,innovative proposed a weighing numerical control intelligent dosing control method,and carry out the weighing numerical control intelligent dosing control system research and development.The dosing control system is mainly composed of control system and monitoring system.the control system is responsible for the detection and control of dosing process,while the monitoring system is responsible for the monitoring and management of dosing process.In this paper,combined with the "Gejiu chongjing company intelligent automatic dosing system research and development project," focus on the study of dosing monitoring system,according to the production site flotation operation of dosing control and monitoring requirements,research and development of an HMI-based intelligent dosing monitoring system.Firstly,according to the actual flotation process requirements of flotation plant,and the functional requirements of equipment control,the tasks and functions of intelligent dosing monitoring system are determined,and the technical method of monitoring by PLC and configuration software cooperation is proposed.Afterwards,the hardware design of the intelligent dosing monitoring system was configured.the HMI and communication module were selected,and the communication mode and configuration software selection of the intelligent dosing monitoring system were determined.through the cooperation of PLC and configuration software,the functions of data acquisition,data transmission,picture monitoring and so on were realized.Secondly,according to the actual design function requirements of the concentrator,the monitoring pictures such as flotation dynamic flow chart interface,operation panel interface,real-time data interface,historical data interface,parameter calibration interface and operation help interface are designed and developed,and the functions of main parameters display,real-time trend chart display,dosing point parameter setting,historical data Recording and Inquiry,alarm management and the like in the operation process of the automatic dosing system are realized.Depending on the data storage and inquiry function of the intelligent dosing monitoring system,the historical data of up to ten years can be stored and inquired,so that the technical personnel of the concentrator can conveniently obtain the optimal reagent dosage condition of flotation operation through the analysis of the historical data.Finally,combining the intelligent dosing monitoring system with the intelligent dosing control system,the intelligent automatic dosing control system with control and monitoring functions is researched and developed,and is applied to the flotation production of Gejiu chongjing company to control and monitor the dosing process of flotation production.The performance of the intelligent dosing monitoring system is tested,and the application test results show that the intelligent dosing monitoring system has the characteristics of high control precision,friendly man-machine interface,rich functions,convenient use and maintenance,reliable performance and so on.The labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced,and the production control of field operators is very convenient.
