Research On Safety Warning Management Of Production Equipment In Refining And Chemical Enterprise

Petroleum refining and chemical enterprises have the dangerous characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,high altitude,complex production process,complex production equipment,continuous production operations,flammable,explosive and toxic production materials and related products,resulting in serious consequences when production accidents occur.After treatment is far from meeting the needs of safety production in refining and chemical enterprises.Enterprises pay more and more attention to pre-warning and pre prevention.In this paper,based on the accident attribution theory to analyze the causes of safety accidents in the production equipment of refining and chemical enterprises,based on time series,set empirical mode decomposition,particle swarm optimization and support vector machine regression and other safety early warning theories,taking the production equipment and production process of refining and chemical enterprises as the research object,and based on the real-time data of the early warning indicators and the safety production threshold,refining and chemical enterprises are proposed The establishment steps of safety early-warning method for production device operation mainly include five steps: data real-time collection,early-warning monitoring indicators,prediction earlywarning model,emergency plan management and safety cost-benefit analysis.Through the prediction and early warning model,we can predict the future production and operation status of the device,judge whether the device is in the scope of safe production,and send out early warning information.According to the early warning information,enterprises can take effective countermeasures to prevent accidents,so as to achieve the purpose of early warning and prevention in advance.In order to verify the accuracy of the model,this paper takes FCCU as an example,according to the pre-warning evaluation index,through the established pre-warning model,carries out the practical application of the pre-warning of the production process of FCCU,analyzes the change rule of the production process of the catalytic cracking unit with the model,and predicts the possible faults of the unit in the future.Through the case analysis,the model proposed in this paper can grasp the operation status of the production device in real time,evaluate and predict the safety production hidden danger of the production device of the enterprise,and play a certain guiding role in the safety production of the refining and chemical enterprise.
