Research On Enterprise Safety Production Early Warning Model And Its Application

The current level of control and prevention of accidents of production safety gradually improved, treatment and prevention of accidents of the way from the traditional post-processing type gradually transformed into a modern to modern prevention and control type. Production and operation of enterprises is one of China’s major industries and enterprises involved in the type, quantity, wide distribution, due to the low level of enterprise security management, security accidents are common. This study mainly on the production-oriented enterprise security management problems were analyzed, and the establishment of enterprise security warning index model, change from passive to active, namely the use of active accident prevention alternative passive safety management, by changing this security management control of the enterprise management of production safety and accidents is of great significance.First, based on the production safety warning index calculation model theory are discussed in this paper, we discuss the construction based products with their own characteristics and the actual situation of the proposed model, combined with the principle of selection indicators and selection criteria proposed by the following six aspects:level indicators and 17 secondary indicators to assess the composition of risks, safety education and training, emergency management, occupational health management, production safety accidents, other factors were related to security early warning indicator system consisting of more than 30 study points enterprise. Secondly, a calculation based on AHP-SPI enterprise security warning index model, based on business history of early warning data, enterprise security alert level is divided into four grades are:safety, cautions, warnings and dangers, and the use of early warning excel editing index calculation model tool.By way of empirical research to verify the reliability of the model, the model is applied to a steel company in the actual production process. The conclusion that the scope of the early warning indicators of iron and steel enterprise production safety zone is [0,10]; Note that the scope of the area is [10,15], the scope of the warning area is [15,20], the scope of the danger zone of [20, ∞], at present, the company’s production safety warning index value between [0,10], production safety situation in the steel industry falls within the safe area, described the final evaluation results more in line with the company’s currentproduction safety situation. At the same time, in respect of safety production management problems in the process gives the corresponding recommendations.
