In modern mechanical processing,due to its high precision,high speed and high efficiency,machining center has been widely used and gradually become the main force of mechanical processing equipment.Besides above,machining center also has the advantages of high speed cutting which is widely used in high speed machining of "3 c" products.As a core part of machining center-Hybrid Spindle,directly determining the performance of the machining center.This design of Hybrid Spindle used on high speed machining center is as the research object,and design its structure of the typical mechanical structure.Completing the calculation of design,and analyses the static and dynamic characteristics of the structure,mainly includes the following main contents:1.Introducing the research status at home and abroad development of Hybrid Spindle trend and its key technology.2.Designing the structure of Hybrid Spindle,including the determination of the spindle cylindrical average diameter,diameter of bore,front-end overhanging volume,bearing span,the selection of bearing and motor.And the reliable studies in the lubrication,cooling and dynamic balancing technology.Designing the bearing of configuration and pre-loading in non-traditional forms,and carries on the preliminary design tool for tightening and loosing blade tools,to make the Hybrid Spindle more perfect.3.Using ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics analysis when Hybrid Spindle finite element model is set up.Obtaining the static stiffness on static characteristics analysis.Obtaining the first six order natural frequency an vibration on dynamic characteristics analysis of modal analysis part.The resonance will not occur with computational analysis.Obtaining maximum displacement response on harmonic response analysis part.It conforms to the requirements of the rotation accuracy.Through comprehensive validation,the Hybrid Spindle has good static and dynamic characteristics,and the design meets the requirements.
