As countries increase of oil and gas resources exploitation intensity, the middle and deep oil and gas exploration and development will become an effective way to solve the world energy supply. To achieve for deep oil and gas resources, must have a guarantee drill of carrying capacity is large enough, the future will be more and more demand ultra deep well drilling rig.Derrick is an important components of drilling rig, with the rising of the rig drilling depth, derrick on the hook load in a sharp increase, size and height also increased. Derrick can neither design too heavy, and to meet the requirements of its strength and rigidity. Derrick or not relates to the safety of the equipment, personal and property safety.As deep well drilling derrick, the strength, stiffness and stability put forward higher requirements. The safety and reliability of the derrick itself, is of very important significance for the drilling engineering.According to the above problem, this master thesis take ZJ90/6750DB Ultra deep well drilling derrick as the research object, using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, study of derrick in the following aspects:(1) According to the original drawings and technical parameters of derrick and the simplification of the derrick according to relevant regulations and establish a model of the derrick;(2) Derrick statics analysis:according to the actual working condition of the derrick, the static analysis of the derrick, the displacement deformation and stress distribution of derrick structure is obtained, and according to the calculation results of derrick all component intensity, the weak parts of the analysis of derrick stress concentration;(3) Study on the dynamic characteristics of mast, derrick on natural vibration characteristic analysis of derrick structure first ten order, has its own frequency and vibration mode, avoid derrick resonance; Derrick for transient dynamics analysis and harmonic response analysis, analysis of derrick under impact load with time changing with frequency vibration amplitude response, analysis of derrick's ability to resist vibration impact load;(4) Derrick integral stability analysis:from two aspects of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis on the stability of derrick are analyzed, and calculating the critical buckling load of the derrick, checking the overall stability of the derrick.The analysis results indicate that the strength of the derrick, stiffness and overall stability in accordance with API design requirements, derrick safe and reliable.In this paper, the research results can provide the ultra deep well drilling rig derrick design calculation, structure optimization, and the bearing capacity of the derrick in service improvement project of safety evaluation and maintenance to provide certain reference value.
