Camellia oleifera is endemic to our country high oil woody fruit.Camellia oil contains high valuable nutrition.In recent years,with the support of national policies,the planting area and yield of camellia fruit increased gradually.But the backward traditional manual processing method has become a bottleneck restricting the efficient development of camellia fruit industry.Therefore,the development of mechanization camellia processing equipment is imminent.It is regarded the camellia fruit as the research object.By looking at similar and related research literature material,it determined a reasonable research route.By setting up scientific experiment scheme,the paper analyzed the relationship between breaking force and pressure position,fruit size and the loading rate.The experimental results showed that the transverse compression required the bigger breaking strength;the larger the camellia fruit size,the bigger the load;and the shelled force increased with the increase of rate,but the growth rate decreased.Then according to these results,it designed a Camellia oleifera dehulling machine.The force and motion of broken mechanism was analysed,and the cutting force formula and its forced vibration response formula was obtained.Moreover,it established a three-dimensional model of the whole structure and analysed the tool strength and spindle rotor modal.It was concluded that the selection of 65 Mn could meet the need of tool material,and the machine might resonate when the speed was about 297.15r/min.In addition,this paper tested and analysed the color,size,sliding friction angle and suspension speed,then obtained the differences of the peel and tea seed in the above characteristics.On the basis of these differences,a feasibility of Camellia peel and tea seed separation was proposed,then a separating equipment was designed.Besides,the separation mechanism of the stress in force and motion were analyed,and it achieved the conditions about steady state motion of peel and seed.These studies provide a theoretical basis and design reference for the design of Camellia fruit dehulling and separating device.
