At present, the global economy has become the focus of attention of the world, food safety issues have been widespread concern of all sectors of the community, food safety issues have become China and even the world's problems. In some food production enterprises in China is relatively backward production technology, resort to deceit, link, government supervision system is not comprehensive enough food, transportation and management are not strict in our country often leads to food safety emergencies.The establishment of food safety risk monitoring system platform,you can collect a large number of network data, and according to the data collected in a timely manner to find out what areas of China's food pollution and prevention of food borne disease outbreak. We can draw the national food pollution map according to the food safety risk monitoring system platform, and report to the local health administration department according to the pollution situation, strengthen the effective government supervision.The work of this thesis is to design and implement the food safety risk monitoring system of a government, describes the food safety risk monitoring technology platform data to add, delete and return, statistics and Analysis on the platform of system data, analyzes the practical significance of the B/S architecture, NET technology research framework and three layer structure.In the analysis of the concept of software planning and system requirements, this paper describes the system requirements analysis and system data analysis, business process analysis, platform functional requirements analysis and detailed design of the platform. In the system design platform, first determine the design principle of the system, and the system design is elaborated from various aspects, including the design of B/S architecture, three layer architecture, database design, function design, function requirement analysis. The architecture of the system is fully demonstrated in the system level, business logic layer and data access layer, and the connection forms of each layer and function are expounded. The realization stage introduces the development environment, the realization of the underlying data, the realization of data layer logic processing, the encapsulation and implementation of the middle tier business logic, the realization of the user interface and user experience.
