Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is one kind of newly rising technology with the development of mutual infiltration and cross-link of computer technology, management science and analytical chemistry; and is the system involving computer software and hardware, which roundly manages the lab with network technology, data memory and rapid data processing technology.The author research, analysis and make use of integrative Architecture system of Client/Server and Browser/Server Architecture system, .NET platform technology and so on to design and implement Laboratory Information Management System based on .NET platform for Huadong pharmacy, the System adopts integrative Architecture system of Client/Server and Browser/Server Architecture, During the process of design, orthogonal method is adopted.The system module of Browser/Server is comprised of the design of bottle-shaking experiment, including modification of experiment scheme, experimental query, experimental data input, experimental results query, experiment al results analysis and scheme comparison, and management of daily affairs ,including prescriptive-table-making, large scale instruments management, material management, personal information management, management of files of analysis, management of password and help. In addition, the module of Client/Server is the system for initialization and maintenance. The system module has the virtues of strong cohesion and weak coupling.The system has the advantages of easy maintainability, compatibility, high efficiency, safety and friendliness and so on. The successful setting up of the system has greatly improved the management level and work efficiency of the lab. Moreover, it optimized bottle-shaking design, reduced the expenditure of lab, improved quality of the products, and supplied credible data for the decision-making of leaders, and strengthened the competitive power.
