Design And Implementation Of The Food Safety Municipal Supervision And Service Platform

The food safety supervision and service platform is to enhance information’s sharing and exchanging between supervision departments of food safety, decrease repeated enforcement and enforcement leaks, improve scientific supervision ability of food safety and innovate information service pattern into government departments. The food safety platform consists of four parts: Information collecting system, sharing and exchanging platform, inside supervising portals and public servising portals.The article is based on B/S architecture and adopts C# language in microsoft.NET framework. The system adopts business application, system support, data service to devise and develop. Research purpose and meaning is introduced at first in this paper,then the necessity of the project construction is analyzed. The system architecture, functional architecture and network framework are designed combining with the core content and workflow. At last, entirety plan is formed, and information collecting modules for every department are designed. we realize information sharing and exchanging, statistic analysis.At the same time, we haven’t aggravated office-holders’ workload. We have combined system running with Business Collaboration. We realize system safty management and integrate Business resource by certification and Privilege to realize data interflow, resource sharing. And what’s more, Municipal leaders can get information of timely and accurate statistics and trend analysis. We realize food safty information service facing the public and, issue credit information and rank evaluation of Food producers or marketers, accept complaints and Question by combining with food safty projects. on the whole, the food safty platform has a good future application.
