The Design And Realization Of The Computer Control System Of Cement Rotary Kiln

Rotary kiln is the key part of cement production.The complete decomposition of calcium carbonate and the sintering of the clinker are finished in the rotary kiln.The special structure and complex process of the rotary kiln makes the sintering process be more complex,which includes some processes,such as the physical-chemical reactions of the material,the combustion of the fuel,the gas flow in the kiln,the material flow and so on.In the process of sintering clinker,the appropriate combustion state is the assurance of clinker quality,the temperature in the kiln and clinker sintering status are closely linked.Therefore,to ensure the kiln temperature of the burn system is very important.Based on the field investigation of the clinker production line of a cement plant in Shijiazhuang,firstly,the data acquisition station of DCS system based on OPC technology is established,and the data collection of cement production line is realized.According to the data of production line,this paper summarizes the main factors restricting the kiln temperature for the kiln,which are the coal injection volume,the supply of two primary air and feed rate of rotary kiln tail,and gets a result that the coal injection volume is the uppermost factor under the situation that the feed rate of rotary kiln is stable.Finally,combined with the working principle of rotary kiln and the real time working condition of production site,the control scheme based on fuzzy control and expert system is established.Fuzzy control function module does the regulation for the system based on fuzzy rules,which uses its strong robustness to achieve the refined stationary adjustment of the temperature of rotary kiln under the normal operation conditions;Expert diagnosis system module based on fault diagnosis theory constructs expert knowledge base,the fault tree analysis method based on reliability function is used to judge the fault of rotary kiln,and the expert diagnosis system of rotary kiln is finally established.Through the field test,the control system can achieve the desired control effect.
