Blast furnace is the main equipment of iron making,the core of iron and steel enterprises.However,with the rapid development of China's iron and steel industry,the structure of the blast furnace is becoming more and more serious.So far,China has built more than 1300 blast furnaces,of which more than 150 of 1000m3.The number of blast furnace is large,however small blast furnace is too little.The blast furnace above 4000m3 can be counted on one's fingers,which did result problems that have become increasingly prominent in the current under the policy of building a resource conserving society.Small blast furnace has been unable to meet the social demand.Large blast furnaces that little energy consumption,high energy utilization,good tapping quality have become the inevitable trend of the current metallurgical industry.The importance of blast furnace in the metallurgical industry determines design theory and the economic value of the blast furnace steel structure.Design technology of China's blast furnace steel structure still have a large gap comparing to foreign's,so the relevant research of the large blast furnace steel structure design has become a new topic.Completion of specific requirements and parameters of framework design based on the blast furnace frame of theoretical analysis,including static live load,wind load and earthquake load of strength,stability and deformation calculation,gives reasonable related parameters of beams and other members.Firstly,the vibration modes and natural frequencies of blast furnace frame are calculated and analyzed by using SAP2000 software and acquire the dynamic characteristics of the blast furnace frame system.When the vibration mode and natural vibration period are calculated,two kinds of models are adopted,which are hinged at the bottom of the column to determine which model to calculate and analyze the subsequent calculation.Then using the SAP2000 software to calculate the earthquake action of the blast furnace frame and combine with other loads such as dead load,live load and maintenance load to determine the influence degree of earthquake action on the blast furnace frame system.Using time history analysis method to determine the seismic response of the blast furnace frame system during the whole period of the earthquake action.The aim is to judge the seismic performance of the blast furnace frame system more better.Finally,the calculation results of the mode decomposition response spectrum method and the time history analysis method are compared to judge which is better to determine the calculation method for the calculation and analysis of the earthquake action of the blast furnace frame system.Through static analysis,modal analysis,decomposition response spectrum method and time history analysis method of earthquake vibration mode,and comparison of the result on time history analysis method and the mode decomposition reaction spectrum method to provide theoretical reference for the design of steel structure of large blast furnace in the future.
