| Traditional numerical control teaching,with simple teaching forms,focuses on theories,which is separated from the factual conditions.There is a great distance between the talent training standards and the enterprise actual demands.The students have a poor professional adaptation.Affected by many factors,such as the teaching modes,hardware facilities,training time,teachers,etc,the result is that,formost of secondary vocational schools,the efficiency of NC teaching is low,the training period is long,and the quality is uneven.With the rapid development of educational informatization and the application of advanced manufacturing technology,research-based school uses " Teacher-lead,student-centered " and " effectiveteaching " as the guiding ideology.Andthe combination of "flipped classroom" and "dual teaching platform" provides a versatile,and a multirange display for NC teaching with a full range and wide channel.Based on the situation,the construction of thenew teaching mode "double-main-line,three-link,and double-teaching-platform",resets the teaching structures,transforms the role of teachers and students successfully.And it’s helpful for students’ individualized learning,inter-communicationsandcooperation,practice and innovation.In this paper,we explore the application of "flipped classroom" and "dual teaching platform" in the numerical control course in secondary vocational schools.The main research is as follows:1.Documents reference,business investigations and the analysis of the social development and the dynamic industry demand for CNC talentsare made.The paper points out the disadvantages of current NC professional course teaching in secondary vocational schools,and alsothe main reasons,and then puts forward the strategies for improvement;2.The application of SWOT model is used to analyze the feasibility of "flipped classroom" in the teaching of NC in secondary vocational schools,make a judgement and put forward the implementation proposal;The functions of "virtual teaching platform"(NC machining simulation technology,CAD/CAM Technology)and "training teaching platform" are introduced;3.According to the research base school teaching environment,implementation conditions and combining with the characteristics of integrated theory and practice,the research team fully integrates "flipped classroom" and "dual teaching platform",and makes a construction of new teaching model of NC teaching mode--"double-main-line,three-link,and double-teaching-platform",which is fit for researchbased school’s curriculum.At the same time,the reform of curriculum evaluation mode and its implementation is made.4.24 students of class 1,grade 3 as the research subject,the "double-main-line,three-link,and double-teaching-platform" is applied in the teaching practice of CNC programming and machining technologycourse,analyzing theimpactof the mode to students’ interest in learning,learning attitude,learning level,learning effect and comprehensive literacy,etc.5.According to the teaching practice,the problems that need to be solved in the development of the new teaching mode are put forward.This paper changes the traditional teaching mode of NC course,through the " double-main-line,three-link,and double teaching platform" promotes the student individualized development,to ensure the quality of talents training,and also provides reference for others. |
