In recent years,the innovation of China's science and technology industry has brought the of NC machining technology into the era of rapid development.At the same time,China has implemented the "made in China 2025" strategy,and the social economy has developed rapidly,so a large number of technical and skilled talents are needed.With the implementation of the "high school entrance examination 55diversion" policy,the CNC specialty in secondary vocational schools is facing the serious shortage of resources such as teachers,equipment and venues for practical teaching,which affects the teaching quality.In the process of NC machining training,the professional skill level,comprehensive professional quality and the ability to combine theory with practice of middle school students are still insufficient.Therefore,it is a topic worth exploring to adopt a better teaching mode in the process of NC machining training,stimulate students' interest in learning and improve classroom efficiency.By means of literature research,investigation and comparative research,this paper analyzes the current dilemma,teaching status and demand for NC professionals in secondary vocational schools.According to the analysis results,this paper designs a "five in one" teaching mode of "batch,time period,site,module and tutor",which can effectively alleviate the shortage of teachers,equipment and site in secondary vocational schools,Improve students' professional skills and professional quality.By popularizing the knowledge content of NC machining simulation software,increasing the proportion of virtual machining software application,optimizing program and simulation machining,this teaching mode saves teaching time,resources and equipment,and improves the efficiency and quality of comprehensive training;The sub tutor and sub field modules make full use of the technical personnel,factories and equipment of the cooperative enterprise,alleviate the tension of school teachers,equipment and venues,and make the training content and form more in line with the actual needs of the enterprise.This mode changes the previous single,centralized and solidified NC machining training mode into a flexible machining training mode integrating theory and practice,virtual and reality,schools and enterprises,so as to improve the comprehensive practical ability.By using the "five in one" teaching mode,the students' operation ability,communication and cooperation ability,problem analysis and solution ability are improved,and the students' interest in NC machining training is enhanced.It can be seen that adopting a reasonable teaching mode in the NC Machining Training of secondary vocational schools can effectively improve students' learning quality and academic performance,and make up for the defects of the traditional mode.
