Study On Industrial Production Of Rubber Oil Through Hydro-upgrading Unit

Rubber oil,raw rubber and carbon black are the three kinds of main material in the manufacture of rubber.Among them,rubber oil plays an important role on improving the elasticity,flexibility,easily mixed and refined for rubber.And now,according to the demand of clients,some of the white oil products can also be the supplement of rubber oli.In accordance with type of base oil,it can be divided into paraffin oil,aromatic oil and naphthenic oil.The paraffin oil is rarely used because of its poor compatibility with the rubber,while the aromatic oil has a best compatibility and a wide range of applications.However,high contect of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon is harmful to the environment,but when PAHs removal,it becomes environment-friendly and has a name called Treated Distillate Aromatic Extract.As a kind of natural environmental friendly rubber oil,Naphthenic oil has a quality between paraffin oil and aromatic oil and limits for its low reserves.In addition,other kinds of rubber oil,such as MES and RAE,are friendly to our society as well.MES is a fraction of oil by solvent refining process or using the hydrogenation process of shallow refined,it belongs to the paraffin oil,but its practicability is far better than treated aromatic oil.Residual oil use vacuum residue as raw material,by the solvent deasphalting get deasphalted oil,then by the solvent refining get end product.it is a rubber oil product,which price and performance is living in s shallow pumping oil or shallow refined oil and aromatic oil.The hydro-upgrading Unit including of raw oil separator,furnaces,hydrotreating reactor,hydrotreating reactor,atmospheric distillation tower and vacuum distillation tower,is derived from the lubricants hydroupgrading in Jingmen Petrochemical Complex with a handling capacity of 200,000 tons a year.The normal operating parameters of reactor R-101 were as following: inlet pressure 10 MPa,the inlet hydrogen partial pressure 9.6MPa,inlet temperature 335 ?,space velocity 0.35h-1 and hydrogen oil ratio1400,the corresponding parameters for R-102 were 10 MPa,9.6MPa,268?,0.75h-1,1400 respectively.The total temperature of each bed of reactor R-101 was increased by 20?,outlet temperature,tower top temperature and tower top pressureofatmospheric pressure kiln and Vacuum furnace is 200?,100 ?,0.2MPa and230-250,110-130,-30~-20 KPa,respectively.The hydrogenation process parameters above had important effect on the quality of the rubber oil products.For example,in the hydrogenation unit test of producing rubber oil,diesel fuel fraction succeeded in producing 5# white oil,whlie catalytic diesel of high aromatic failed.And unqualified 26# rubber oil was obtained based on Acetone-Benzol dewaxed oil duing to the improper air speed at the beginning of oil additives,all the products were up to the standard through the process parameters adjustment.
