MIP-CGP diesel oil has more sulphur nitrogen aromatic content and greater density than FCC diesel oil, the current hydro-upgrading catalyst and technology doesn't suit with MIP-CGP diesel oil, so it is important develop a new catalyst and technology.The paper prepared NiMoP/γ-Al2O3,NiW/γ-Al2O catalyst mixing with Y zeolite for poor diesel oil hydro-upgrading and their evaluated conditions. analyzed their physical chemistry characters with XRD,BET,NH3-TPD and FT-IR, evluated the catalysts with models and MIP-CGP diesel, studied the technology conditions.Evaluated the catalysts in the 10mL micro reactor by use of tetralin as models, and the evaluation conditions were as follows: hydrogen pressure 4.0MPa,reaction temperature 340℃and 360℃, space-velocity 1.0h-1, ratio of hydrogen to oil 500:1(V/V). The results showed the catalysts had better hydrogenation activity and cracking activity and they can open aromatic ring effectively.Then, the catalysts were applied for heavy diesel oil hydro-upgrading in the 100mL pilot test reactor, and the evaluation conditions were as follows: hydrogen pressure 8.0MPa,reaction temperature 360℃, The results indicate that the catalysts mixing with RE-USY have good activity and the ratio of HDS can be 97.42%, the ratio of HDN can be 97.7%, the increasing value of cetane number can be 10.5. Compared with CK-2, the catalyst has less activity in HDS and HDN but has better activity in improving cetane number.The condition results showed that increasing reaction temperature can improve catalyst performance, increasing ratio of hydrogen to oil and space-velocity will decrease catalyst performace. At 380℃, space-velocity 1.0h-1, ratio of hydrogen to oil 500:1(V/V), the ratios of HDS and HDN were both 98%, the increasing value of cetane number can be 11.9.
