In recent years,with the requirement of environmental protection at home and abroad to continuously improve [1],Untreated catalytic cracking flue gas seriously beyond the national emission standards for environmental protection,must go through the corresponding desulfurization,denitrification and dust treatment in order to achieve the environmental emissions requirements [2].Through the analysis of the formation mechanism and process of flue gas pollution sources,Jingmen petrochemical 1# FCC unit according to their feedstock Low sulfur content,Low slag blending ratio,regenerated by burning tank completely regenerated form characteristics using add sulfur transfer agent and denitration agent and using electrostatic precipitator.Through small economic investment to achieve the purpose of passing the flue gasAfter the use of RFS-09 sulfur transfer agent,through the control of the filling amount,the basic control of sulfur content of flue gas sulfur targets up to standard?However,there is a large amount of filler,sulfur transfer activity lost fast,dilute phase tail gas combustion and other issues.After switching to HG-SZ02 sulfur transfer agent,the content of sulfur content in flue gas was qualified,and the amount of the sulfur transfer was decreased,and the content of sulfur transfer agent decreased from 7% to 3.5%?Sulfur transfer activity is maintained for a long time.Although the dilute tail burning problem than before eased,but there is still the problem of high filling quantity of CO combustion promoter.We try to directly by adjusting the regenerator operation to control the content of NOx in flue gas.Because of the lack of operation stability,replace the Bo system with Pt combustion accelerant,denitrification is better,but the tail burning increased,large fluctuations in operation.Finally,by using a LG-5 type Combustion supporting agent with accelerant denitration effect to replace the Bo Combustion supporting agent,under the dilute and dense phase temperature difference obviously decreased,Flue gas emission index Indicators qualified,No impact on other operations.After the automatic dust removing device is put into use,the dust content of the flue gas is qualified.There is a problem of ash accumulation during operation.
