Heterocyclic ligands have been attracted great attention as versatile ligands because of that can form a variety of coordination modes with transition metal. Triazole fungicide is a kind of broad spectrum systemic fungicide, however, the extensive use and single acting mechanism of that have led to signs of resistance. Triazole fungicides can form unique structure with transition metal which have potential applications in optical, electrical, and biological and antimicrobial areas due to its molecules contain N impurity atom. We found that some triazole fungicides and transition metal complexes can enhance the performance of antifungal according study, this have injected new vitality for the original triazole fungicides with single antifungal mechanism. Based on this, in this present work, the triadimefon and hexaconazole with copper, nickel metal complexes have been synthesized, the crystal structure and properties have been confirmed and studied. The main contents are as follows:?1? Three triadimefon metal complexes ?Cu, Ni? of [CuL12Cl2?EtOH?]?[CuL14?NO3?2]·0.5H2O? [Ni2L18Cl12] and a hexaconazole metal complexe [CuL24?DMF?2]·2?NO3? were synthesized using solvent evaporation method. After that, the elemental analysis, melting point, IR were used to characterize the synthesised complexes.?2? The crystal structures of the four synthesized triazole fungicides metal complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Then the crystal structures of complexes were analysed using the shelxtl program. Thus the coordination environment, molecular structure, intermolecular and crystal packing of these complexes were obtained so as to analyze the properties of the complexes.?3? The antifungal activities of complexes, the ligand and metals were evaluated by mycelial growth rate method against the selected phytopathogens Alternaria alternata, Botryosphaeria berengriana, Alternaria solani, G.cingulata, Gibberella saubinetii, grapevine guignardiarot. Through the experimental data,we got the inhibitory rate and the EC50 value which are used to evaluate the fungicidal effect between coordination and ligand.?4?The release of triazole fungicides ligand content in different time was determined using high performance liquid phase chromatography analysis method to obatian the release rate. Finally, the release performance and application of different complexes was analysized using releasing rate curve.
