With the development of profile control technology,gel profile control technology has achieved significant results in reducing the water rate of oil well and enhancing oil recovery.At present polyacrylamide profile control system is still used most commonly.The anti-temperature property of polyacrylamide polymer can improve which is cross-linked by phenol,formaldehyde or metals cross-linking agent such as aluminum citrate,but it difficult to meet requirements of profile control in some oil field which is high temperature and high salinity,and the cross-linking agent will cause pollution to the environment.For the problem of environment protection and the property of temperature resistant and salt tolerant,it could be solve by synthesizing profile control agent use acrylamide monomer and cross-linking,and in the synthesis it could add some monomer or polymer to improve property of temperature resistant and salt tolerant which with special functional groups.The choice of polymer or monomer is more than before,and the pollution is avoided.In this paper,under the influence of APS and BIS,the AM and AMPS copolymerize with PVA and GG to prepare AM/AMPS/PVA and AM/AMPS/GG.Among in it,AMPS contains a sulfonic acid group with salt resistance,the temperature resistance can be improve by long molecular chains of PVA or the rigid ring structure in molecular chain of GG.Discussed the reagent concentration and reaction temperature on the viscosity of gel system into effect of sizing effect,the structure is verified by IR and TG,temperature resistance,salt tolerance,breakthrough pressure gradient and plugging rate are test under simulate condition.The main results are following:(1)Through the exploration the conditions of gel synthesis,the optimal formula and the experimental conditions of AM/AMPS/PVA is that,mass fraction of AM is 5%,AMPS is 0.5%,PVA is 2%,BIS is 0.003%,APS is 0.05% and the reaction temperature is 90?;the optimal formula and the experimental conditions of AM/AMPS/PVA is that,mass fraction of AM is 6%,AMPS is 1.0%,GG is 0.75%,BIS is 0.02%,APS is 0.04% and the reaction temperature is 85?.(2)AM/AMPS/PVA and AM/AMPS/GG is verified by IR and TG,analysis the result of IR and TG,it show that succeeded in the preparation of AM/AMPS/PVA and AM/AMPS/GG.(3)Through the temperature resistance test,the maximum temperature resistance of AM/AMPS/PVA is 130? and AM/AMPS/GG is 140?.Both of them could meet the requirements of the using of high temperature oilfield.(4)Through the salt tolerance test,it is concluded that the maximum salt tolerance of AM/AMPS/PVA and AM/AMPS/GG is 250g/L,which can meet the demand of high salt oil field.(5)Result of breakthrough pressure gradient and plugging rate tests show that,breakthrough pressure of AM/AMPS/PVA gradient is 9MPa/m AM/AMPS/GG is 7.5MPa/m,relatively speaking,the former is more suitable for plugging high permeable layer.The latter is more applicable to lower permeability layer.AM/AMPS/PVA and AM/AMPS/GG closure rates were 93.7% and 87.2%,both are good in plugging water.
