The in-depth conformance control technology of using polymer gel can increase oil production and decrease water cut in heterogeneous oil reservoirs.Especially in China,more and more high water cut oil field development stage,the technology has been used successfully.The advantage of this technique is that the water can be shutoff but not blocking oil,and it can enter to the deep strata.The polymer gel is mainly formed by partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)and cross-linking agent.HPAM is as the main reagent of the polymer gel,but its temperature resistance is poor.Gel will be lose efficacy due to the HPAM rapid degradation more than 85?,so the technique can only be used for reservoir under 85? reservoir at present.Inorganic or organic particle type is the most widely used high-temperature blocking agent.Such blocking agents have poor selectivity;and it is difficult to get into the deep strata.Flooding agent system high-temperature organic polymers whicn can be deep into the strata and having a block selection,such research results is rarely.As an example of JiLin Yao Yingtai Oilfield,In order to improve the temperature resistance of polymer,2-acrylamide-2-tetradecyl ethyl sulfonic acid and acrylic acid as the grafting monomer are used to react with acrylamide to form a copolymer.The copolymer has a highly branching skeleton and can resist temperature to 100?.And more importantly,it can be cross-linked by Phenolic Resin to form a gel at 100?.The developed conformance control agent has good shear resistance and its gelation time and gel strength are both controllable.After gelation,the formed gel can maintain the stable performance for a long time in the high temperature environment.Experimental results show that the developed conformance control agent can be applied in high-temperature heterogeneous oil reservoir.
