Environmental pollution is more and more attention,the law on the protection of the environment is more and more strict,under such conditions will inevitably need to limit including FCC unit,including a variety of petrochemical plant of Sox and NOx emissions,Sinopec Jingmen Company needs to control SOX and NOX emissions of the FCC process urgently.Through the analysis of different catalytic cracking desulfurization denitration technology,the article studies dust removal desulfurization technology and SCR flue gas denitration technology of wet turbulent venturi which are apllied practically in Sinopec Jingmen Company 2# catalytic cracking unit.Through the industrial test research of the wet turbulent venturi dust removal and desulfurization technology,The desulfurization rate of regenerated flue gas from 2# catalytic unit was investigated and analyzed from different industrial operating variables.The following conclusions were drawn through the analysis of different industrial application parameters.?As the higher the PH valve the regeneration rate is bigger,the higher the pH value of the integrated device industry is controlled in 7 9.?The absorbent low temperature is favorable to the reaction,the actual operation of the integrated device of industrial absorbent suitable temperature is 60?.?The higher the initial concentration of absorbent is,the higher the desulfurization rate is,and the initial concentration of the selected absorbent is 20% to 30%.?As liquid-gas rate increases,with the actual device operating parameters the liquid-gas ratio is determined to 2L/m3.?The desulfurization rate decreases with the increase of flue gas temperature,and the higher the temperature the reduction of desulfurization rate increases.The tower operating temperature is determined to 60?.?The desulfurization rate decreases with the increase of superficial gas velocity,and the higher superficial gas velocity the reduction of desulfurization rate increases.?The desulfurization rate decreases with the increase of SO2 content in flue gas.The operating result of Sinopec Jingmen company 2# catalytic unit desulfurization and denitrification device is good,the average desulfurization rate is more than 98%,and the device runs smoothly.After the device is put into use,the sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and dust emissions annual emission in flue gas of Sinopec Jingmen Company 1.2 million tons / year catalytic cracking unit will be below 100 mg/m3,150 mg/m3 and 50 mg / L.Among them,sulfur dioxide annual emissions decreased by 90%,dust emissions decreased by 85%.Tt is significant to complete emissions reductions targets of national and local pollutants for the company,and construct environment-friendly enterprises.
