Silicate,which is widely found in nature,is not only a major rock-forming mineral,but also a gangue mineral for many valuable minerals.Nowadays,because most of China's phosphate minerals are mid-low grade magnesial-siliceous collophanite,so they can only be put into use after we remove off the gangue minerals by Flotation.Meanwhile,the silicate content in fluorite is seriously affects the further processing of concentrate products.Thus it can be seen that the most minerals will experience the flotation separation of silicate mineral.Based on two related researches about direct flotation and reverse flotation of silicate,this thesis has designed cationic collector and anionic collector according to the characteristics of phosphorite and fluorite mine: the former give priority to molecular modification and complex formulation,while the latter.Finally,corresponding reagents will be applied into the flotation process of minerals.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The synthesis of the collector: one is the synthesis of cationic/amphoteric collector,which involves the processes of molecular modification of lauryl alcohol,the nucleophilic addition of acrylonitrile,and catalytic hydrogenation,and finally the ether amine collector will come into being;the other is the synthesis of anion collector,which involves the synthesis of chlorinated oleic acid by chlorination of oleic acid,or sulfonated oleic acid by sulfonation,and finally fluorite ore collector HP and YZ will be made from the formulation of synthesis of chlorinated oleic acid,aliphatic acid and foaming agent.(2)Flotation experiment:(1)A systematic research on the double reverse flotation of FangMashan collophane : a single-factor experiment about the major variables affecting the effects of flotation will be carried out so as to launch a orthogonal test about those three factors and three levels.After a further optimization,we finally get a kind of bulk concentratem whose grade of P2O5 is 28.02%,the grade of MgO is 1.04%,recovery rate of P2O5 is 77.69%.(2)After a double reverse flotation experiment on the phosphorite in Shanxi bangtian having been conducted,we finally get a concentrate,whose grade of P2O5 is 31.25%,recovery rate of P2O5 is 72.78%,and proportion of MgO is 0.74%.(3)A research has been carried out about the fluorite mine in Guangshui and Zhejiang.Using the Acidification of sodium silicate as an inhibitor to select aluminium silicate,we finally get the concentrate whose rate of CaF2 is more than 97% by the flotation process of a rough in six fine and a rough in four.(4)The fluorite mine in Ju Hua of Zhejiang Province has been studied.In this experiment,we have systematically made a comparison between the traditional sodium oleate collector and YZ-3 papers fluorite collector made by ourselves and found that YZ-3 is more effective on the respect of solubleness and selectivity.With YZ-3 and a small amount of sodium silicate,the flotation process will have a satisfactory result and a kind of concentrate will be refined,the rate of CaF2 is 97.97% and the recovery rate is 58.56%.
