The accompanying fluorite resources of our country is very rich, but the overall utilizationrate is low. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, the low-grade scheelite tailings werestudied, fluorite flotation experiment was carried out, and achieved good effect, It implements thecomprehensive recovery of fluorite secondary resources. Thesis research is focused on seekingefficient fluorite ore collector, therefore,by pure mineral test, this paper examines the differentcollector on the fluorite, calcite and quartz pure mineral flotability of influence. Throughtheoretical analysis on characteristics of dissolved mineral surface, the mineral surface contactangle measurement and infrared spectrum analysis, we studied the mechanism of collectorflotation fluorite. Thesis the main research results are as follows:Pure mineral test results show that: Sodium oleate, yhy,731, sodium dodecyl sulfate andsodium dodecyl sulfate all have certain collecting ability on fluorite. In contrast, for the fluoriteflotation, sodium oleate collecting ability is best, and yhy selective best. Through combinationcollector test can be concluded that: yhy+sodium oleate flotation can produce positivesynergies, and be more effective than a single collector, yhy: sodium oleate best ratio=8:2.Acidified water glass is excellent fluorite flotation inhibitor, it can effectively inhibit calcite, andthe effect is much better than ordinary sodium silicate. Flotation test use yhy+sodiumoleate+acidified water glass at pH6~7, it can realize the separation of fluorite and calcite andquartz. We used the scheelite flotation tailings which contain CaF218.16%, mainly consists of gangueminerals is quartz and a small amount of calcite to do the experiment for recycling fluorite.Wechoose combination yhy+sodium oleate collector, via a roughing and seven selectedclosed-circuit flotation tests, the flotation concentrates strong magnetic impurity, the final fluoriteconcentrate grade of97.24%, the recovery rate was58.95%. The real ore test results show thatthe yhy+sodium oleate can juggle strong selectivity and collecting ability, it is a good collectorof fluorite.Research on the dissolution characteristics of mineral surface shows that the slurry pH valueis the size of the key factors affecting flotation fluorite and calcite. To some extent it can changethe adsorption and chemical action of anionic collector on the mineral surface. However, influorite and calcite coexistence solution, two mineral surface will also occur into each other, Theydissolve balance also has a very close relationship with pH.Mineral determination of contact angle results show that the fluorite and calcite have somenatural flotability, after joining combination yhy+sodium oleate collector, both on the surface ofthe contact Angle has a certain degree of increase, And the fluorite surface contact angle is greater than the calcite surface contact angle, which shows the adsorption of yhy+sodium oleateon fluorite surface is stronger than the calcite surface.Mineral infrared spectrum analysis results show that sodium oleate and yhy can bothproduce strong chemical adsorption on fluorite surface, When the combination yhy+sodiumoleate collector and acidified water glass act on fluorite, the main adsorption on the fluorite surfaceis yhy+sodium oleate; Sodium oleate acts on the surface of calcite occurs certain ofchemisorption, and the adsorption of yhy on calcite is weak. When the combination yhy+sodiumoleate collector and acidified sodium silicate act on calcite, the main adsorption on the calcitesurface is acidified water glass. So in yhy+sodium oleate+acidified water glass pharmacysystem, fluorite has good flotability, calcite is significantly suppressed...
